Excerpt from jury report: Kassandra Loewen’s poster shows how to visually portray a qualitative analysis in an effective way. It focuses on an office within government which is rarely examined by researchers and analysts, while emphasizing the dynamics and tensions at work for such parliamentary officers. The content of her poster and her answers to jury members’ questions indicated her awareness of the larger context in which the uniqueness of her case is located. Ms. Loewen’s vivid presentation also demonstrated that she is an accomplished public speaker.
